Lets say in the future I sold THAT property as a 1031 and bought ANOTHER rental property, then in the future decide to sell THAT property, but NOT do a 1031 exchange, just want to be finished with it (hope I didnt lose you on that).

We’re getting so many nomad-worker tech-bro types moving here that medium-term furnished “executive” rentals in prime locations can fetch up to $30k/month (needs to be in a blue-chip location with super high-end luxury finishes/appliances/features obviously to rent for that much, and it’s seasonal, but still, it’s crazy).
