The issue is most of these sites appear to require that you ALREADY have a deal now, under contract, ready to go before letting you do an application.I can't get that far because I really don't want to go plunking down offers if this isn't a viable opportunity to get financing.

. :-)Someday I would like to get some buy and hold properties in the US with good cashflow (maybe in the Midwest), buy I think it is easier for a foreigner to start with a genuine business.

However I fully realize that markets are highly regional.One thing I see these days at least as it relates to Multi.. is that there is a huge heard factor going on.. which has really driven cap rates down in many markets.. and you have at least it appears on BP  all these how to become a syndicator .. which their targets i am sure are multi.. 

The more you know the easier it is to create a win-win.  

Its easier to find 1-2 tenants then 10 all at once.
