I recently returned to the Madison area after having done some business in Southern Africa.

I don't know if the odor returns later because we literally cleaned the crap out of the place.

Especially for a front-ended note with a conservative LTV.That said, how would I DECREASE the note buyer's return to a more reasonable 12% or so? 

Just want to see if anyone has purchased a house from them.  They are a wholesaler in Michigan and Nebraska.  I am looking to purchase a home in Omaha, Ne.  I just want to get any feedback about them positive or negat...

I use private money currently and pay 10% interest only until I return the capital.

We want to make sure we file our tax correctly and maximizing the return. 

Is it what people would like to pay for a 2/1, what they can afford,  or what it actually costs to provide it with a decent return on the risk taken? 

They’re not perfect but they are reliable, honest and returns have averaged 8%. 

Every day for over two months I will get off work at 430 and go at the property to fix things until midnight before returning to my wife and kid.
