There is another perspective that the lack of sufficient volumes of cases and consistent case law and the reliance on qualitative descriptions (like "intent" and "productive use") rather than definitive holding periods and specific investor vs dealer actions have actually muddied the waters for those trying to act with integrity.

You can partner with them on the contract if you are able to close something (a finder's fee) Integrity is so important in this real estate game... make sure you pay out if you do any type of incentives like that and you will get people coming out of the woodwork to collaborate with you on partnerships.

I will say that lots of the information I've learned online takes a stance of don't ask don't tell regarding wholesaling in general which does feel like an integrity based way of doing business.
