So if you spend, you know, 45 minutes in the paint aisle, 45 minutes in the plumber's aisle, electrician's aisle, plaster’s area, sheetrock area, that of thing.

An electrician has worked along side plumbers during many projects, that doesn't mean he can now best advise me how to rehab the poly piping out of my house.  

We keep some on staff due to this but what I have outside of that (that I really trust) is a foundation guy, plumber, electrician, irrigation, and HVAC. 

Even though you have the general plan, which got you the permit, you have to have the detailed plan which is what the engineers and plumbers and electricians do so that the city knows everything was done up to code.

Anyone have a good electrician they would be willing to recommend for a rehab I'm working on in San Antonio, TX? 

If there was a problem they called and I searched for the highest rated plumbers, electricians, etc in the area and started calling.

He can do basic work for most everything but if I need an electrician he has 3 to call, plumbers, 4 of this plus one that works with gas.

I had an electrician upgrade the power from a 40-amp service to a 200-amp service, this would give me room to develop it into a duplex later (the next phase of my plan).
