Go to a few networking events and chat with the people that are actually buying real estate (or whatever you want to do in real estate).

We could meet at a coffee shop or something and chat a little.  

We are on our 4th rehab on their platform.

However, if they are not specialized in local law, I would bite the fee and pay an attorney.Many attorneys will talk to you (you might need to call a few though) without paying a fee to chat.
