@David D'Errico Here is my question with the agreements/ and or contracts is that do I need to write a contract up and have an attorney lawyer look at it or is there a good way to find already written contracts that I can use so I can have an idea on how to get one done.

I am ready to get my first flip under contract .Currently I have 3 different estimates and i want to know if I should have my attorney prepare a contract for the contractor I choose to use to refurbish my house .Futhermore what and how do i have my attorney write this up ?

From my understanding, I can write off any improvements to the home that I paid for.

@Tua Toiaivao as someone who buys flips, in the time it took you to review a house, comp it out and write your 60% offer, I would have driven to the property, seen it, comped it out myself and made my higher offer.

The biggerpockets.com people paid some lawyers to write up reasonable leases: https://www.biggerpockets.com/landlord-forms I've only looked at the California ones, but that one had not only leases, but common addenda, applications for the tenants, etc, and both PDF and Word docs that allow you to edit if you wish.

You are going to have a hell of a time getting contractors that have any talent to help.
