Plus you can use this site for comps.Way less hassle than AirbnbI use my normal residential lease even though most of it is not applicable since I pay utilities and do the lawn care.One last tip people coming to stay will be coming from out of town so having a virtual tour so they can walk through and get a feel for the space before they make a decision has helped us out immensely and sets us apart from the competition.

I host and attend a few virtual meetups weekly to network face to face.  

But, aside from the fact that the country has successfully proven out the effectiveness and vast personal & societal benefits of working virtual, the financial, social and cultural leadership in certain parts of the country are absolutely driving people with means to depart certain localities and states.
