When you see a baseball player hitting .300 with 30 HR's and 120 RBIs vs .200 with 1HR and 10 RBI's, which one will stay in the big leagues?

Your responses to others I feel are great and helpful and it's great to see a real player in the game take time out of your obviously busy travels to help others.MikeOH The only guy WHO CAN DO THIS AND GET AWAY WITH IT absolutely deserves recognition.

I can't control interest rates or tax policy or a wide variety of things.But I can control my own efforts ... making one more call, one more inquiry, following up one more time etc.Congress and other government players make life more difficult when they pass idiotic laws with automatic extensions or automatic expirations (Bush tax cuts).

You have to find out where the big players are playing and ride the wave.

After all, the industry niche requiring the least amount of experience, capital or assumption of risk would naturally tend to attract the lowest quality players, right?

@Nghi Le Vestus  Fairplay Caliber  those are company's that are fully integrated with RE brokerage hard money lending and research and due diligence on each foreclosure.Drop bids certainly do happen not that frequently though.. and were very prevalent in  the AZ market.The organized bidding companies are stiff competition no doubt.Very tough to make money buying foreclosures in the major metro areas your up against the big money players. 

Fielder is a good player but that is a lot of money and WAY to long of a contract.

On PM what I see is the less you pay and the more you negotiate fees, the worse service you get, unless perhaps you are a very big player.
