What makes them unique in the savings world is that they have a lottery type system that you get tickets for based on the amount that you have in your account every week.

I have a buyer's agent that's a rockstar with securing lending for unique situations. 

Diet is a great example where people are motivated by the "idea" of weight loss, but they aren't really sold on the sacrifice necessary.
