Surely being an investment guru yourself you know these less than desirable alternatives.

This is an undesirable heating option here in the Pacific Northwest and I’m looking for the most cost efficient way to provide an alternative.

Every foreman gets a crew cab truck, backhoe, trailer, generator etc.

Easy money for a motivated tow company, especially if there is a consistent time that the scofflaws park in the spaces (ie they can drive the truck by everyday at 8am and make a few hundred $).Another idea if the coming-and-going of cars is frequent enough could be a tow company planting someone on-site with a boot.

There is also a possibility of block cracking (house was built in 1947) and us having to revert to alternate choices after all.
