Its just a matter of how you conduct yourself and not leaving the Seller high & dry!

Just found a broker that seems like a good match for me, and looking forward to pulling the trigger on something here soon.  

Structural to dry-in, inside structural, inside mechanical, inside finishes, outside finishes.

So,I pulled the trigger, as I like to do, and hopped on a plane without a plan or reservation to check out Placencia.

There are also triggers for these folks in what they do that can require the to be registered, won't go into all that, but most try to fly under the radar to avoid registration that can mean more compliance, and that's even if they area aware of registration requirements too.

If you think it will not have a significant affect on your utilities then install free machines.My tenants in a nice neighborhood love our new laundry room and they don't bat an eye at $2 a wash and $2 a dry.

Some thoughts: Dry indoor mold is more dangerous than wet indor mold, since it is airborne much more easily.People become extremely ill in a toxic mold environment.

Astute observation Anthony one only needs to look at rural CA OR WA logging and fishing towns.. to see areas that have been in steady decline for decades.. they have not dried up completely but not a lot going on and 20 to 40% unemployment..
