If you need cash flow starting out and then want to scale to higher quality areas for appreciation, I have seen very successful BPers recommend this if you can be more hands on in the beginning:Buy C, then D, then F, then B, then A.

I have had a lot of success with Affinity as well!

I started off pretty clueless but ended up with a few successful rental properties.

A few years down the line, with good success and a strong lender relationship, you may be able to get a note in the LLC's name, but until you move into 5+ unit properties, that's very unlikely.
