When I went on Quciken, I found their Rental Property Management Software https://www.quicken.com/personal-finance/quicken-r...When I went on Intuit's Qucikbooks site, I saw solutions for accountants, bookkeepers, small business owners, and the self employed, but nothing that said it was rental property specifically.

I've got a few possible game-changer ideas, or in some cases have identified gaps that could possibly be pursued through new solutions. 

I don't see anything that I can't react to or work out a solution to, if necessary, as it arises).  

It adds up.I don't have any creative solutions such as you're talking about -- but I would love to hear if any of them pan out!

Best case scenario they are aware of the issues and working on solutions. 

I believe many agents are not ethical because they actually do not provide the amount of solutions as an agent with an investor background.

Right now the only option is suing because no solutions are spelled out.  

Seems like borrowing against a free-and-clear investment property would be a good solution.
