Things are running smooth now.  

This is a quick local condo flip where you are putting in about 20-25k which included an all new kitchen, floors, paint, bathroom, etc.Everything went smoothly in this flip except it took 1-2 weeks longer than normal.

I was able to get the home rented in about a month of me moving out and the process was stressful but relatively smooth. 

I found this to be a little unusual so I asked why the shower doors could barely move (I lived in the property for 11 years before this and the shower doors always moved smoothly.)Turns out that apparently in her words, "A lil screw came loose and I don't know where it went and that's when it started getting harder to move the shower doors."

I have experience syndicating smooth deals with out of state investors.

Skim coat a smooth texture and paint it trim color maybe?

Things were going smoothly until the mother of one of the young women showed up and claimed that her daughter was NOT going to live in that neighborhood. 

Those that choose to broker real estate without a license end up like this guy did:https://www.myfloridalicense.com/sto/unlicensedact...He had contracts on the properties but Florida realized all the game players and scammers were skirting laws so they wrote the statutes to put an end to that.

Obviously that and the appraisal still need to go smoothly so I'm trying to keep my excitement in check for now.And to top it all off, I have a 3rd interview with a company tomorrow whose office is less than a block from this house, totally unplanned.
