pain es temporary, successful people take action!!

It just makes is a pain in the butt every month knowing that check is still outstanding.

I feel your pain on that one though removing it is a chore.

Anyway, just know that some leak sources are very obvious and easy to fix and others can be a real pain in the butt and the wallet.

I lived in an apartment for 1 year.My $0.02Nobody can stomp on the floor above your head when your sleeping if you live upstairs.Groceries are a pain in the A** to bring into the house though.

I wish I could of just went out and bought them a new home and done whatever it was to relieve the pain the fire had caused, but I couldn't.

There are some sharp and knowledgeable investors on here that love the heat lol.Thanks for reading :)
