Water not sure.. other than obvious water pressure issues.Sewer though is a biggee in our area. 

To echo the others: your Agent should be putting pressure on the other Agent to get this deal done with you; you're already there and they'll have to disclose so it's beneficial to both parties.

This would have a downward pressure on both rents and duplex prices.

The filing of a lis pendens notice about the pending lawsuit may even prevent other owners from being able to sell units in the building, which may get them on her side too, putting pressure on the Association to take corrective action. 

I have been browsing MLS and owner listings for various areas to gauge where to make my first purchase.

However, all of the mechanics work, it holds pressure, the pump is good, and all that good stuff.

In order to gauge the "rating" of an area we first need to establish what we are scoring.

I've been gauging interest in a local military focused REIA over the last few weeks, and it sounds like we would have some folks willing to meet. 

In the meantime, make an offer that makes sense to you and don't let the pressure of competition make you over pay.
