We also have a general construction company that is taxed as an S-corp.

I guess the other option is to use a property mgmt company to find a tenant for you, but I just thought it would be interesting if there's a site where the landlord can peruse a list of quality tenants and reach out to them directly! 

Does anyone know of companies that have acquisition managers that they can place with a small real estate investment firm? 

Thank you  You will need to get an attorney or potentially the title company could create the documents but they are typically created by the lender and their attorney. 

Have you ever looked at any of your insurance policies in detail, or if you live in an HOA have your read it in detail?

Get with a good agent who understands short term rentals because the more of these you do then you can scale the insurance under a Business Owner Provider Policy (BOP) and then you don't end up with a dozen individual policies out there for each property that cost you a fortune.
