My list is made of of; family members far and near, friends, business associates, acquaintances (UPS man who I have chatted with for 10+ years and know he is sick of stocks for his IRA and wants to find something better than CDs) church friends, a LOT of former customers (I have had the advantage of knowing a lot about their finances while working with them....such as "we have our other house paid for, are selling it, going to build this one and still have 300K left over" etc...).So, I have been working on this list, and my next step is to approach about a half dozen of them, NOT to say 'do you want to do this' but to say "here is my idea, here are my figures, etc.... and I just want a *general thought* of what you think of this; does it sound logical, well planned out, etc..... to find out what possible objections will be.I am still thinking about *which* people to test the idea on.

Even rebuilding the walls doesn't address the static pressure.My only point is that most buyers know nothing about such issues and object on the basis that there's something there they don't understand.

Walking noise is rarely an issue with tenants from my experience - but loud music, television, screaming, arguments, dropping large objects, barking are the ones that tend to annoy tenants and landlords alike.

I would say is figuring out what you're going to do after college is your primary objective: work at a job and build capital to invest with, or are you going to go directly into RE and work with a brokerage/PM/title company/etc?
