Fix It totally crossing the line with inappropriate jokes, innuendo, naked pinups all over the place, underwear drawer snooping and sniffing and other behavior that would make my hackles rise.Instead, I hear a story of what I am assuming is two consenting adults who chose to spend a little time together doing what comes naturally between two people who want to do so.  

The analysis shows a negative cash flow which I am ok with due to the long term nature of the investment.

I understand it's a way to pay for the rent and everything but the nature of the meeting shifts when it becomes more about the marketing.

Seeing as how it is illegal to descriminate against families, the stringent nature of these laws puts many landlords into a choice between adhering to the laws by diving head first into a cost prohibitive, cap-ex hell or trying to find their way around the laws thereby exposing themselves a litany of fines and possible jail time that I couldn't even begin to comprehend….you know, not to mention endangering the lives of children.So What is the end game?

you can call the credit agencies and provide them with the private note and cancelled checks and they will issue you a supplement adding it to your credit report.  

So, while the marketing copywriter did imply some technical basis for the processing time problem, they didn't actually claim the solution to it was technical in nature, that was just something I inaccurately inferred. 

I have decided to go back to school to get an MBA in Finance, to learn more about finances in general and supplement my career choice, but I ultimately just want to build wealth and financial freedom.
