I have a 160k brick home and 2 mobile homes that I should have refinanced years ago.

We use Okupied, it's an iPhone app that we track our finances with and collect rent.

For example, we can extract the Reviews data from review emails, Reservation data from New Reservation emails, Payout data from various Payout emails and then feed it into other apps or databases.

It seems like a good deal, but I don’t have any experience in the mobile home market.  

Some common names you'll see thrown around a lot: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend you search for each of those apps online and see what they offer, how much they charge, etc.
