Once, they said my shed was not in compliance because it blocked the neighbors view of the lake.  

The seller's agent is also legally obligated to present the offer to the seller, but the seller can tell you to go jump in a lake. 

It's also in a flood plain which makes no sense because there isn't a stream or lake for miles.
