We recently had alot of rain in the area, and I noticed that my dry wall is damp.The water is not coming up from the floor, but I can see where the water is coming down the walls.

A lot of this has to do with roofing claims #2 Recent hurricanes have added a ton of rain to the water table and lakes that certain parts of Orlando that were high and dry ….flooded.

I appreciate the feedback, and completely understand that it’s hard to make a judgement call without knowing the location or having complete information.

I've got my own syndication company, so I doubt I'll be investing with SPI, but I certainly will not pass judgement upon them based on this post. 

The bad news is that the rain never stopped.Picture taken from my garage on day 3, looking out into the streetScreen Shot 2017-12-15 at 6.46.50 AMOn day six, we got a break in the weather and were able to escape - barely making it out on the only lane open East or West on I-10, bound for New Orleans.

I believe you can use them to file a judgement, but don't plan on seeing anything come from that.

. - Soil/rain-  35 inches of rain will take about 3.5 acres of "fertile" pasture for a cow/calf pair for the year, where I'm at.

I am hoping to motion for a default judgement.

The dogs where in the property ten minutes, but it was raining outside at the time, so the dogs were wet.
