Basement Problem (Water)

I had my basement waterproofed almost 2 years ago. We recently had alot of rain in the area, and I noticed that my dry wall is damp.

The water is not coming up from the floor, but I can see where the water is coming down the walls.

Window coverings were placed over the window wells (to which I noticed that there is no gravel in bottom of the well).

Concrete was laid so the water can roll away from the house and not settle.
Now im concerned about the possiblity of mold.

Can someone please give me guidance on whatelse I can do to keep the water from seeping through my wall?
