I'd talk to Dale Carlton maybe, he is the exclusive listing broker/agent of one of the biggest residential investors in the area so he will likely be able to work with you or point you in the right direction.

Most products used in the US construction industry have to meet high standards to ensure they do not pose a threat to people, apparently the testing was not adequate in this case....  

Filtering by State and Industry would be a good start.

It's an industry courtesy to provide LOI/POF letters with offers, not a requirement.  

I am from NJ, and up there they have an "exclusive realtor contract" which realtors would ask clients to sign.

It is we who will ultimately suffer because all we will get is mediocrity should government regulation be forced upon us.When industries are deregulated, prices go down and the consumer benefits. 

The growth I am seeing is in the beer industry with some very nice breweries setting up shop here.
