Hello all,   I am in the midst of needing to interview contractors, and I am debating if I should provide a list of things that need to get done, or if I should just give them the Home Inspection Report.

I am debating if it would be easier to just get a nice finished Duplex in a good part of town, vs. an average Tri/Fourplex and having to worry about more toilets for a little bit more cashflow.

There is no debate going on Arlen there is simply an effort to present the San Francisco Market as it is and give examples of how this market can be worked.
