Because we are apart of a forum that speaks on it daily, and we make biggerpockets apart of our daily lives, it seems as though the wholesaling world is huge, its just a small group of us, that come here to one place to talk with people who do what we do because we dont know anyone else in our daily live that have even heard of it...So keep that in mind, @Russell Ponce you dont always need to tell people what you do, just conduct business in the right manner and keep it moving.

Kentucky is an interesting area. 80% of state in rural parts are either on drugs, welfare, or some form of government assistance/disability god bless em lol.Then in areas like Louisville we got "The First 48" van rolling around town daily filming bodies in chalk for our tv viewing pleasure.What areas or rent markets have you found successful in Kentucky?

Podcasts are my main method of listening to new music, the news, educational/informational stuff, and makes my 1.5-2 hour daily commute feel a bit more worthwhile.When I was in high school, my stepmom (then Real Estate Agent) was doing a lot of BPOs (Broker Price Opinions), and I helped her out by driving around Southern California taking pictures of properties, then bringing them home to her.
