I see that you are from Roanoke, are you investing in that area or are you wanting to branch to the beach as well?

You could always get a national company like fidelity or stewart that has a branch in AL.  

The field is so large, you may find it easier to learn by trying to specialize in one area first, and then branch out.

I'm not completely clueless about REI and the many, many branches of investing within it.

So what I'm saying to these lenders is that although our primary business is in automotive detailing, we are considering branching out into holding and managing some rental property.

They do seem to be a large bank but the one branch they had in the area is shutdown.

As of right now, I am just trying to put the roots down but not totally sure of which way the branches will go.

I know that Google is going to move a branch to my city in a few years, and that they are going to build a mall, and the government just pumped some major money into the area this year, so I expect their to be "some" appreciation.
