My name is Kris. I raise in Southern California. I'm Active Military and part time investor full time landlord....... Meaning I manage my properties and try to do the work myself when I have time.

I own a home and 2 REI properties. A duplex and a triplex. All in south central LA. Not the best of properties but they're maintained and they rent.

I have goals that I plan to meet that involve retirement from the Army and becoming a real estate professional through purchasing more buy and hold investments.

I've been doing this for 4 years now, I've learned from my father. He just retired and doesn't even need his pension because of his REI's.

Here to build my portfolio and network.
