@Michelle Williams each state is unique in regards to what needs to be in a purchase agreement.

We always like Behr but we have a friend & a relative who are professional painters both of whom only use Sherwin Williams.

I used Erwin Williams at TerraTech 919-876-9799 I was satisfied but that was 6 years ago, so I can't comment on more recent work or even whether they are still in business.
