using technology for efficient outbound communication to the world is direct action oriented, starting with the tele-phone invented in the 1800's i think.....anyone afraid of initiating talking usually criticizes it, because they cant do it. it's a skill, and the foundation of real estate transaction.Using technology to wait for inbound calling is less action oriented, indirect, passive, but can also support your efforts to connect with the outside world too.there is nothing more action oriented and direct and scary than picking up the phone to initiate a conversation.

And LASTLY - My car is my office,  I am driving around from this property, to that property, etc etc, so I am spending a ton of time in my car, I am sure many of you are also - so yes it does make a difference when you have a new car, you are more comfortable, you work better (again it depends on the person, some people get comfortable and get lazy, some other people driving a new car makes you work harder) the newer technology does make you more productive/efficient, you work better, would you rather spend 4 -5 hours a day in a brand new car or a used car?

The virus will have a better foothold at the start of next season so it will be much more prevalent.I think the mortality rate isn’t as high as stated mainly because the denominator (number of people with the virus) is understated.This could impact the travel industry in the long-term as businesses figure out how to better use technology to meet and permanently cut back on travel.
