Keep in mind there is not too much available this time either, so the lower demand meets also lower supply. We have a new 4 bed single family on the east side for $2,350 and had 5 showings / 2 applications this weekend, that's a fairly good outcome in this price range, which is naturally much slower than under $1,500.One of my mantras is that the house will pick the tenants - a nice house will attract nice tenants, a wired house will attract wired tenants.

This deal is in the Canton, Ohio area, but in a middle class suburban neighborhood on the NE end.- Duplex with both sides rented at $625 each ($1250 total monthly income), seems about market rents for the area- Asking $120,000- Annual taxes are $2400- Been on the market since November- Repairs appear to be minimal, still need inspection (rentable, but not updated)What other information am I missing?

hi there, 1507sf city center in the middle of a market area, a no car zone with subway, tram and buses even boats near by. commercial area. for 286,722 . currently huge living room with 3 bedroom one amazing shower and a second not so much.im thinking classic bnb but i dont like dealing with the prices every day and there is so much competition now.I was considering co location , like a middle way between bnb and normal rent. hence all bills paid by me, and weekly cleaning service for the water areas and sheets (kitchen, shower, toilette) , as i still have my team in this area from former bnb aparts it could be easy to organise, what do you think?
