Why do you put a window that low in the bathroom? 

We purchased 133.7 acres January 20th of 2024, we then proceeded to subdivide 4 building lots, ( two 10 acre lots,  and two 2 acre lots)  which included costs associated with septic testing,  survey & subdivision, and property maintenence required to market the building lots.

If a seller refinanced a house at around 220k and has about 120k left in mortgage, but the house also appreciated to 450k, how do I structure a subto/seller finance deal?

I currently have a 5 unit 3 of the 5 units recently completely renovated and demo is almost complete on the other 2), a duplex, and a single family home (our house, future investment home though).
