While I am not a fan of Armando Montoblfjpkindoihga;oij (I think he's a prima donna too) I have seen appraisers do some really stupid things and then try to blame it on the broker.We had an appraiser call us last week demanding payment for several appraisals that he had done for our clients.

I'm pretty sure you don't need permits for paint, carpet, refinished hardwoods, tile flooring, windows, new int. doors, ceiling fans or light fixtures etc.Married life is agreeing just fine.

Actors and executives treating fans like nothing...when are theses types of people going to understand that the very people they discard are the ones who pay them.

They punched holes in drywall. destroyed ceiling fans, and stole tool.

This is in incredible community and one that I don't tap too frequently. 

Thanks for everyone’s input  Im just not a fan of these DST or these REIT options, problem I see if you dont have a clear understand of what they are buying with your money and if they are actually get a good deal.      

But, because of the extra work to accommodate the investor, a syndicator will frequently have a high minimum investment to make it worth their while.

But, you want to find land that doesn't need irrigation, and doesn't flood (at least frequently or for long), which will drown the plants.
