There is either a set screw or pin hole near or below the lever part of the handle so get a small screwdriver or small set of allen wrenches and a paper clip and a 12 in one screw driver and you should be able to take this off pretty easy.

The reason for lumping Cedar Park and the rest of Austin's suburbs in with Austin (or any city for that matter) is not because Cedar Park feels like "Austin" its because the drivers of population growth and the economy are intertwined.

If you get a house with tenants, make sure you get the tenant file (drivers license, credit/background, income if available), prorated rent as of closing and the security deposit $$.
