Today is only Dec. 7th and my onboarding team this morning looked like keystone cops running around the office coordinating with different departments, making changes to existing clients for EOY, setting up new clients for launches on Jan 1st, migrating platforms, etc, etc.

Land is much easier to maintain and manage then rentals and the payoff is huge if you find the right buyer/developer deductive reasoning and also become one with the planning departments and sitting in on the public hearings when they are talking about long range planning..

The West new York, NJ town, building department recently told me that I can't rent out my rooms to anybody even if I own the house and I can't make individual leases for rooms as well.
