I am completely new to the real estate investing, but I am taking a real estate investing training to get at least some basic understanding of the game.

cool thanks for the input I put 2 up yesterday but then I chickened out and went home lol how much does the fine Cost? 

I am torn as to whether I should go for a large company that is over saturated with agents but has an amazing training program, or go for a smaller firm with more one on one time with a BIC as opposed to a team leader.Any advice/input is appreciated!

I chose my broker because I was actually interviewed, they gave me hands on training, a younger culture, and small in size. 

He has a vast range of topics he goes over about technology, businesses, and other cool topics.

It’s in downtown Rahway, not too great a neighborhood but a 3 minute walk to the train station.

Don't really have an answer to this question but it is cool seeing other people in a similar situation as me trying this out.

I understand that marketing is a marathon and not a sprint I just wondered if anyone had any tips on these forms of marketing.

1) Have clear Goals with access to capital 2) Perform daily Rituals that support the Goals 3) Uniform Branding 4) Marketing Plan (which I call a Massive Action Plan) 5) Conduct Daily Outreach 6) Due Diligence systems (either self-taught or through formal training) 7) Vetted Team in place (all the vendors and partners needed) 8) Workout systems (either self-taught or through formal training) 9) Living Forms Library (you need this to Note Invest at a high level) 10) Discipline to maintain the processes and treat Note Investing like a Business Please feel free to add to the list...

Any other tips would be appreciated as well!
