If you do buy a condo, prepare to get yourself elected to the board as soon as possible to protect your investment.In the areas where it is allowed by the municipality, make sure it's allowed by the HOA, and MOST properties in Las Vegas are in an HOA

Laws, redemption periods, title claims, hoa liens remaining or wiped out, procedures, etc vary Greatly from state to state.BTW, irs liens really don’t affect you with tax sales...they get wiped out if they don’t redeem within 120 days, by law.

There are taxes laws you dont know, and addendums you can sign, that can make you loose your earnest money( my case) , do not rely totally on agents, and look carefully HOA rules and restrictions, i learned the hard way.
