A few weeks back, my agent reached out to me with a listing, I put in an offer and was taken up on it.The listing wasn't too detailed and didn't have any pictures from inside of the building but I got MLS images from 2019.

This gives positive image from short term to long term.

Flyers and such are frowned upon by the company since it might give a wrong image of the company.I am just looking for something to do that is 100% mine and helps with the leads.

I'm assuming this does not work, unless I magically come up with the other $50K. 

Question #2: I've been having difficulty interpreting whether some of the listings are just a single unit of a multi-unit property that's for sale or for the whole property.Here's an example:Dallas Duplex ListingIt shows that the unit count is 2, but the images and pricing lead me to think that it's only for one unit.

Hi,Having a two+ bedroom is best because of families, newly weds probably wouldn't look at anything near a school per say.
