Beyond real estate I am an avid cyclist (road biking not mountain), if you're in the Boston area and looking for a ride I typically do 20+ mile rides on the weekends once the weather is 50 degrees+.

Of course all of these get an F for cost of living and basically A's in all other categories, crime, amenities, education, jobs, weather etc..Thoughts & comments?
