I now that I have some experience closing a couple deals I wanted to ramp things up by making 1,000 cold calls per week over the past monthMy goal is to talk to close ten deals by March 31st of this year and I want to know if someone could give me tips on how I can make my 1,000 calls per week as efficient as possible.I want to talk to ten new homeowners per day and I currently talk to about 4 and only one at the most usually is interested in selling.My lead source is D4D along with delinquent tax & sold tax auction properties.I feel If I can talk to 10 new homeowners per day, and make offers on those who are motivated, I can reach my goal of closing ten deals by March 31stWhat would someone recommend I do to get the most out of my calls?

Ideally i would then like to use Rental Income from AirBnB to pay off source of funding for rehab on primary residence and being able to pull out profit from equity gained to use on another real estate investment.

I have to say my greatest source of knowledge has come from You Tube only because the information found there is often relayed in a manner I can understand.

Is it possible to have the title of an investment property named as an LLC with 3 individuals as members with one of the members the sole mortgagor on the property?

I went ahead and set it up as a multi-member because i have my cousin as a partner on this first one.Then, after some sole searching, decided that maybe it would have been better to set it up as Sole-Proprietor.

@Lella Bennett Answer from a very trusted Title source that has nothing to sell you or gain by this:They are not covered anymore as the LLC is a completely different entity so it is not considered "Arm's Length".
