I could see this floor plan for us up at our cabin. we have pleantly of land and we all want a place at this price it's do able.. and sufficient. how did you come up with the floor plan design.Your secret is out.. it's time to share more.. 

Perhaps in the secret town of OH where you invest, you would be correct.

Even if we forget saturation, interest rates, and the economy for a minute, the biggest thing that will keep those returns away is that the secret is out.

So with the example of him secretly funding the buyers down payment…I guess it’s possible that he’d sign a PSA for $5m when it was really $4m and he’d wire the $1m to his buyer before closing.
