Sadly enough the rebuild will stimulate the AB economy but the loses are still overwhelming. 

And do not listen to sad stories from potential tenants whom do not meet your rental criteria.

Sadly my grandfather, which was a long time commercial appraiser is no longer around, as he was a huge source of great information in this area.

Sadly, for the last few decades all the real estate investment people they've seen have largely been in it to rip off the boroughs and load no-income people into slumlord-run housing in these already-devastated communities.
