@Courtney Brown what everybody else above said... but I will also add, I respond to messages within minutes of receiving them and being in the mountains, I check the weather and let them know when bad stuff may be coming (i.e. power may go out-plan accordingly, etc. and give them an update on when it should be back on if it does go out).

The notion that they don't respond to emails within any normal time frame (of 24 hours), is a big red flag.
