Services I am looking to get help with are business entity creation, tax planning, asset protection and tax prep.   

Do any of you have any recommendations for a GOOD company that offers calling services, or a VA company I can hire from with minimal training needed while I am building training strategy for an in-house hire?

Should probably look into hiring some property management too - if you have cash flow but unbearable headaches of managing - might be better to break even and hire full-service management and then re-evaluate down the line

If the deposit is an issue make it a reservation deposit until move in.

You won't really get much service from a realtor except exposure of your property2.

They wanted me to wire them $7,500 and within 48 hours they would then send me $75k+the $7,500 to prove to them I have the reserves but I just sent Then three months of company bank statements.

They are full service with reasonable rates.
