It looks like they are sending out refund contracts kind of on a first-come, first-serve basis, with some levels of priority because there are so many investors in these deals, which is why I'm posting this to get moving on this ASAP given the number of investors who are jumping in for refunds.I do not recommend you stay in this deal because they will be raising prices.

It's only 25 minutes to Lansing, so it may be a cheaper rental solution for people living in Lansing.Don't really know either market, so recommend you compare average rents to determine how likely it is someone would commute.

I am not familiar with who you are working with but always recommend vetting any company deeply before signing and paying -- those companies tend to have a lot of overhead they need to pay - out of your bottom line.

@Chris Rogers higher interest rates have caused most Class A property purchases to NOT cashflow for an approximate 3-5 years.So, many naive investors are chasing Class B, C & D properties to cashflow, WITHOUT fully understanding the scope of the additional risks involved:(Recommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.If you apply Class A assumptions to a Class B or C purchase, your expectations won’t be met and it may be a financial disaster.So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.
