Once you verify the main shutoff is open, find the closest termination of a supply line (could be an exterior tap, water heater, sink etc).

If they are serious, sometimes the crack makes it's way to the exterior wall and you will see it outside in the side of the slab.  

The interior looks great but the exterior is very ho hum.

I hear that not posting the address and no exterior photos can help deter fraud.

Reason is probably just an error, maybe internal as opposed to external measurements.

So now you've gone thru the "cosmetics" Kitchen remodel/bath remodel/opening up the floor (and don't forget the cost of the "supporting beams") , new flooring, paint, smooth ceilings; don't neglect the structural aspect and exterior - electrical upgrade?

A few questions I have are as follows:- Will financing for investment SFH or Multi Family units be that much more difficult as a contractor making 130-170k/annually as opposed to a W2 employee?

On the other hand, the cash flow is excellent right now and I do base my investments on expected cash flow (as opposed to expected appreciation).
