Usually the issue is that either the deal wasn't structured correctly or that the lender has what the industry calls an "overlay".

How the heck is the government going to bail out all these industries?

I understand this "change of payment method" is frowned upon in the industry but given the current circumstance I am wondering how many people are having to go through similar situation?

Rent, mortgages, other business/personal loans, various industries "bailed out", the fed "injecting" money into various markets.

The internet and yelp changed the food industry game, for better and worse.For the real estate world, what kind of impact(what kind of further impact) will Zillow and companies like Zillow have on the industry and do you see it as a positive and negative thing?

If anybody has a good publicly traded stock in the “prepper industry”  let me know.

I believe that us pioneers in the toilet paper industry are going to be on the receiving end of the largest transformation of wealth in human history. 

Many investors will pump this back into the real estate industry (mortgage payments or other operating expenses).
