It is human nature, if you give full asking price they are going to feel bad about the deal- negotiate at least a little!

I think the developers of 'sharing' spaces like this forget a basic human truth that generally most unrelated people don't get along and the older they get the less likely they are to get along.It reminds me of the 'open office' concept.

So for those who have been in a similar position to mine, what advice do you have for contacting and making an impact with the human resource/recruiting managers?

This is an issue for non-profits providing housing to marginal buyers, it's why Habitat For Humanity requires sweat equity to be earned, why others do lease periods with savings required over a "testing" period.

@Josie Roman  there was another thread today.. and it was about pre approval letters and one of the posters commented that they were not necessary etc. and back in the day that's probably correct or in a severe buyers market.. but now with this type of fraud forget about market conditions and any other sales type tactics this is for financial safety and human safety ...

There will be human error involved on both sides.
