Help with Owner Finance how to structuring
I am meeting with an owner of 6 properties they out right own 100% on Thursday afternoon this week. This will be my first meeting with anyone to discuss owner financing. The asking price of each property is under market value, so I'm figuring to give full asking price. I just don't know what to do next.
Do I offer down payment, percentage rate, etc?
Ideas on how to structure, what to ask or give?
